If the actress is underage, seeing how nice all the staff and and the author are, I feel like they'll take it into consideration and tone the scene down. Especially something like kissing. i've seen dramas where they have an angle that shows the actors heads getting close but doesn't actually show their faces, so the kiss is implied but "pureness" is preserved. Like, even adult actresses can just refuse to do kissing scenes if they're not comfortable with it.

What is the difference between this showbiz drama angle and for example setting up a plotline about Yamada having a strict family that forces her into an arranged marriage or some other dramatic filler, solely existing for conflict, that has been done a million times by lesser publications, it's all the same contrived slop created in advance to keep the lights on, and while I'm sure there are people who enjoy this kind of story, this isn't what "The Dangers in My Heart" started out as, and ran with for more than a hundred chapters.
What I think is that this manga semi-shifted genres for the sake of staying published, not in a major way, like for example Negima transforming into a battle shounen, but noticeably enough that the vibe feels off.
Well the difference between the showbiz drama and some one being forced to marry someone is CHOICE. Anna has chosen to be an actress and it has been apart of her character this entire manga. Kyo realized he liked her when she was bawling her eyes out a about a nose bleed getting in the way of her job. And because it her choice, it's constantly brought up in the narrative so getting back to the idea of kissing people for real this time is a natural occurrence for this manga.

The two things you decided to compare aren't even close to being the same. when characters have a choice, agency, that's when true conflict is born. When their wants and desires are tested, do you truly understand what they believe in and what they care about.

This isn't some manga where the girlfriend is an AV actress, its a kiss. But this childish insecurity gets to take rout because they are children. Anna could be in a scene where she's kissing a teenager where it'd most likely would happen and they'd still have to eventually have this conversation. And this current arc is about the both of them trying to act like adults and not let their insecurities show to the other person or bother them. So this happening is the perfect time for both of them to address this issue within what will most likely be a safe environment.

So no, fundamentally not the same as being forced to marry some random guy, or being blackmailed, or doing anything against their will.

Yeah because it's a Japan only problem cough epstein cough

If you think Mangas represent real life in Japan you need to travel more.
I said even some manga writers started giving attention to this horror and of course there are perverts in every country. But not much of them launhes a full sector about it and marketing children. Telling you again. Neither in real life nor in a manga, there has to be red lines. Why are they keep lowering the ages pf characters in romance category? What is next, elementary schoolers? I hate loli characters, NTR and any kind of sexual misbehavior. Anyways, you seem not to stop beating around the bushes. Just come out and say you're a PDF already.

Everyone overreacting as usual. Sure the chapter hit you badly but it was always an issue that needed to be addressed. Everyone including Yamada, covered their ears and pretended it was nothing and laid in lala land. Entertainment business is a greedy, nasty place and at times actors have had to do shit they don't want to do. Plus you guys act like actually hollywood didn't have a kid kiss an adult in a real movie before. Go watch the movie Blank Check on Disney plus. That shit was nasty but it happened.

Oh no, I'm aware that it isn't the exact same, but this hypothetical scenario would fulfill the same roll, forcing Yamada to make a difficult decision and maybe even rebel against some adults and risking the status quo of her everyday life, even though she initially thinks of herself as too immature to make such a call on her own, all for the love of her life. Same thing for Ichikawa, who would have to assert himself and be clear about his feelings regarding the matter, even though he would be hesitant at first because he is worried about what is the best for Yamada, and if he's even worth all the trouble.
There is still a good amount of choice in there.
Also, as a side note, saying that jealousy about kissing and reenactments of intimate scenes with other men is childish insecurity is a bit debatable in my opinion, stuff like that certainly resulted in some cases of cheating and break-ups.

Your example and the way you are interpreting this possible future of kissing in acting are portrayed as Anna having a choice forced on to her and she either agrees or disagrees but disregards the fact that she was the one to put herself in this situation in the first place. The end result may be conflict but the means to get there are fundamentally different, and that will effect how our characters will act. That's why its not just some trope-y forced conflict. There is hardly a status quo of this story because of this story decides to move time forward. These two aren't just slowly reaching couple goals, their lives are constantly moving around them outside of their relationship as well. The only reason Kyo is staying with her is because he's studying to go to a different high school, which will further split their time apart.

My main point was disagreeing with the second half of your original comment. The idea that this is just some random form of conflict dismissing that our characters willing put themselves in this situation. As if this was just some happy go lucky story with slight hurdles than actual character conflict from the choices they were making. Its always been that. This story started out as a boy wanting to kill the girl that he liked.

And as for the kissing someone one for your job thing; yes, people can be a little jealous, look at Papa-san. But the doom and gloom, "oh no she's going to cheat on me/ is cheating on me because she kissed another man for her job" is childish. People have cheated for less. And I know some people are joking with all of the NTR/cuck talk, but I now some of them aren't.

The fact you're trying to insult me shows you have nothing factual to contribute. Travel to Japan. Realize this whole scenario you've fabricated in your head isn't real. You're talking from a point of absolute ignorance and have no idea what you're talking about.

I can recognize that author sowed the seeds for this Yamada Actress drama well in advance, but now that it's bearing fruit it's so all-encompassing and stifling, that's why I used an example of an exhausting melodramatic trope to get my feelings about this storyline across.
The whole manga now revolves around this one issue, we haven't seen anything like this before and I think that was a misstep from the author.
Yamada and Ichikawa always had hurdles to overcome, but they were bite-sized into small arcs with a satisfying resolution at the end. This issue just seems never-ending and brings the mood of the whole manga down in my opinion.
I would argue this manga never was that dramatic in the first place, even your example of the whole murderous intent towards Yamada of Ichikawa's, was just him being an antisocial, edgy little twerp, there wasn't any serious malice behind it, heck, this whole thing basically started out as a "Daily Lives of Schoolgirls" manga from the perspective of Ichikawa and after that phase it concentrated more on the budding relationship of the two leads and it stayed that way for a long time without any actual major problems like this current one.
This work always gave you enough comfortable and sweet chapters between the more serious ones, but now there is this unresolved issue in the background, like a small pebble in your shoe during an otherwise enjoyable walk in the park, it sometimes shifts somewhere where you can't feel it, but it slides often enough between your toes to be slightly irritating.

This Yamada agent is sinister. He seems to know where Yamada's mother is, but he changed the subject by saying that she must have gone to the bathroom. I hope I'm not imagining things. If she's always by Yamada's side, why did she leave without warning? And Yamada's father's exaggerated concern is as if he knows something bad is going to happen. I don't know, her mother likes to drink and at a party full of wonderful people, as she herself said.........where are you mama!?!?!?!

I agree which is why I don't see how this development is so bothering for other people. I know you don't think of it as the biggest deal in the world, but why do people suddenly think this is going to be a problem when Kyo meeting her manager for the first time wasn't a problem? Why are you equating a kiss for a job to someone actively trying to get in the way of their relationship? Especially when we both agree that this manga has never been that serious. Every dramatic set up has been meet with either understanding, a joke, or both. And if its consistent, this kiss probably isn't even going to happen. But even if it does, why would this be the thing to break them apart?

Well like I said, it comes down to this being unprecedented circumstances, there was never such a drawn out problem in this story before and I'm worried the author is slightly changing this work into something else for the sake of reader engagement, and I've read my fair share of Seo Kouji mangas, I'm kinda good on that front.
Obviously nothing like that happened yet, but the manga still implemented narrative changes that bother me and seem permanent, so I'm cautious about it's future to some extent.

So, sorry(not sorry), but since the beginning, The Dangers in my Heart was a work about Idols (in the same category as Oshi no Ko), romance and slice of life. And that was also warned since the beginning:

Norio Sakurai is not changing anything, she is tackling now the idol topic from vanguard. That was gonna happen sooner or later and this, actually, answer a lingering question I had after Karte 168: Why would Ichikawa say "I love you" (aishiteru) when his relationship is not even near of the first year? And why was Yamada ready to accept those words? Now I have the answer: because now the author can board the issue of the feelings management between an Idol and her boyfriend, with the added problem that boyfriend is not prone to take that situation in nice fashion:

Um, alright, I can see my opinion offended you, considering the tone of this reply and how you disliked pretty much every one of my comments.
I will probably like the manga a lot less in the future. Thanks for the warning.

Salutations.

Nothing wrong with being unconfortable about your partner potencially performing intimate scenes, especially at Ichikawa's age. Imagine if the roles were switched, I think Yamada's tolerance would be even lower.

That like just wanting the manga to have zero tension.
There are ways to add tension or drama to a manga. But Japanese authors don't usually think beyond the simplest way to introduce it: adding "NTR bait" because it's the easiest way to sell you a supposed infidelity because it will attract morbid people, which is unfortunate. They could have added tension in other ways, like, I don't know, a rival as an actress for Yamada, etc. There are many ways.

Ichikawa and Yapapa really are unexpectedly similar.

If it were the other way around, he'd also be fussing about not having gotten one.

I'm not sure what the manager's reaction to Anna's commentary is supposed to be.

The issue here is the "NTR bait" is procedent, and it was gonna happen sooner or later but, still, all of you would be criticizing the same. What's more: that bait is not even actual, it's just part of the TV soap opera Akino is acting.

Also, I didn't see those complains before, when it was evident Kyotaro was beating Nanjou for Anna's heart. But, anyway, as said in my country: "The one who warn is not a traitor." ("El que avisa no es traidor.")
