I really appreciate how balanced this manga has been. It has neither rushed the relationship nor dragged things out.

He had an appropriate amount of time to heal from the toxic relationship at the start, but has never let situations fester. And while it may not be the most romantic moment for a confession, it is a good one for clearing away any misunderstandings.

Easily of the mentally healthiest and proactive protagonists that I've seen in manga.
