The fact that everyone is so nice to him raised red flag already DX

Was about to say,I wondered why the mangaka had chosen such an Evil name, then I realized it was just because they make golems.
Nice theory, but magic stones are still expensive. The waste stone might be useless after partial attuning to the engine. That’d just waste stones. Hence their current option.Couldn't they fix that anti-magic problem in the engines pretty easily by regularly switching out the magic stones?
If they change to a new magic stone every week or so, the engine doesn't get a chance to attune to one stone's magic. So keep around half a dozen in rotation, adding in new stones as the old ones deplete, and you might be able to keep a single engine for twenty years, instead of just two (barring any other factors).
Then again, planned obsolescence is kind of a big thing in the tech industry.
You need more than just electricity, you need bauxite to process down into alumina which you can then use electrolysis to form into pure aluminum. So, they are going to have the mc use his magic to produce aluminum right? Because processing aluminum oxide without electricity is too troublesome to bother with, while with enough electricity it is relatively straightforward.
Bauxite is relatively common, and and relatively simple to process. It's nothing like trying to process aluminum oxide without electrolysis. You need more than just electricity, you need bauxite to process down into alumina which you can then use electrolysis to form into pure aluminum.
Clue me in, are you referencing some other manga or show?I wondered why the mangaka had chosen such an Evil name, then I realized it was just because they make golems.
Arumi/アルミ is just a common JP way of saying aluminum. She says アルミの件 (alumi no ken) in the raw; ken means matter in the sense of an event or topic (a thing-to-be-discussed). It's the same ken in "jiken" (incident/case), which you see a lot in e.g. occult/detective manga.Though calling it "Alumi-matter" is interesting in that case, but maybe it's just a means of "fitting the setting" after being in this world for X amount of time. (I'm guessing, will have to wait and see.)
I think it’s more like magic is a living thing.Couldn't they fix that anti-magic problem in the engines pretty easily by regularly switching out the magic stones?

i was expecting a little balding jewish man with a huge noseI wondered why the mangaka had chosen such an Evil name, then I realized it was just because they make golems.
Hell yeah hot girl engineer.
Fun fact:
The top of the Washington Monument is made of aluminum. It was originally intended to be gold, but congress decided that gold was not expensive enough and went with the most expensive and precious material of the day: Aluminum.
why do u know this lolSo, they are going to have the mc use his magic to produce aluminum right? Because processing aluminum oxide without electricity is too troublesome to bother with, while with enough electricity it is relatively straightforward.
