Yeah, i know, right? Finally we get an MC that teases back, or actually teases more, and is quite funny. God, majority of MC’s in this type of stories are all the same, so its refreshing to see.

But she said that her body is "actually dead". She has to eat preserved stuff or (it's implied) she'd rot. If she has no working immune system I would assume that the reproductive system is non-functional also.

You, sir, are correct on the first point. The Japanese apparently do have set of laws that when cobbled together function pretty much like the Americans with Disabilities Act. Up until 2024 though businesses were only "encouraged" to provide workplace accommodations. Now they're legal requirements. Unfortunately though there's probably no section on accommodations for the Undead.
