Some seem to be making a parallel of this immigration politics but for me this very much seems more like military research/power expansion like @Thrembs said.

One might also say a bit of purity spiralling with the bloodline comment but then again someone of that outlook wouldn't approve of Ameri's existence at all as they'd consider the precedent even for experimentation too much of a risk.

The immigration outlook would want Merize sent home as soon as possible and keep interaction to a minimum as to not complicate the return.

The border control/immigration politics topic is fairly irrelevant given you have the fundamental practical concern in the plot (human blood), just like IRL (at greater numbers of people), as much as some would not like to admit.

At begging of this flashback, Nightwalker took a simple of Merize's blood so or the experiment he did showed how the legends are true and demons became strong with human blood or he is hooked and wants more

I guess author is also establishing a point about the diference between human blood and the blood of half humans and half demons. Iruma and Ameri already bleed before, but their blood don't give the strong reason like we saw in the previous chapters so or Merize is somehow especial or the mixed blood lost the "alluring" power, if is the former than the theory about iruma parents become stronger

No, the spells used in her changed the collor of her hair. If you return some chapter you see how the hair's color changed in her first date.

You guys have forgot (since it's been a while since it was revealed) the Narberius family don't have familiars in the usual sense. The dogs are physical manifestations of their bloodline magic, in short they're Stands.

Knightwalker didn't beat his familiar into submission, that appearance is showing that Knightwalker himself is a murderous psychotic beast barely keeping himself restrained with civility and reason.

That's why Henri's direct boss wants his help to kick Knightwalker out of his position of Head of Border Patrol, he's too dangerous to have that much authority.

Again, I'm talking about the change in tone between these two chapters, not that this theme have never been in the manga before. I'm literally only mentioning events from this arc, not the entire story. Not to mention, in the discussion of previous chapters, I was literally attacked by weirdos for pointing out the existence of borders between the human and demon worlds in this story. Now, they're throwing angry emoji at me and trying to lecture me that there is a bordens between worlds in this manga, lmao. Just choose one thing.

This manga made an impressively quick jump from "we'll all help you keep your child from an human woman because we're your friends and comrades" to weird allusions to illegal immigrants and border control in just one chapter. Well, at least we know Ameri survived it safely. But her mother?

The reason humans are forbidden from crossing the demon realm's border doesn't negate the fact that humans are forbidden from crossing the demon realm's border. Lol, she literally wears the disguise just being in a private area with Henri (when he already knows who she is); again it's something she wears in general when she's outside her containment spot.
