I think she's probably the child of the dungeon boss but I wouldn't be opposed to her being the actual boss because it would be hilarious for the kids to make it all the way to the bottom and find nothing there.

I did theorized that on earlier chapter but felt like it should be dungeon master instead? because we've seen the dungeon "stamp" or "badge" on the walls and it is a dragon. It might also be a daughter of dungeon master or reincarnation of monster but has an intelligence (like xenos on danmachi).

With the crest at the dungeon entrance and entrances at the change of levels I'm guessing Dungeon Lord's Daughter with the Dungeon Lord being a Dragon or Dragonkin given how other dragons cower and bow at Ukano when in her presence. I also speculate either she ran away from home or escaped a massacre by Adventurer or a Coup before finding her way to Yoishi's Tavern.

Actually, that’s a reference to the current craze in Japan for 深層水 shinzo mizu, or ocean water extracted from sources at least 200m below the ocean surface, processed (desalinated through reverse osmosis and etc) and then sold as-is or as ingredients or feedstocks in various products, often with some rather dubious health claims. Those extraction sites are usually places with sheer coastlines where you can easily install the extraction pipe, somewhat close to a place where you can put in the power source to desalinate, good transport to get the product out…and close to a major population center like Miura at the tip of Tokyo Bay, Yaizu in Suruga Bay or along the Southern coast of Shikoku.

You can literally find vending machines all over Japan with shinzo mizu, beverages made with shinzo mizu or supermarket shelves with things produced or grown using it.

Yeah, side story 2 came out back in early Feb and wrapped up the date / advanced the relationship between Yoishi and Akarunarnia - which was probably why Chapter 14 seemed like a jump forward.
