1. Miyako might not actually be Touko’s mom, but her older sister.
2. Up until this chapter, Miyako has already invited MC to have sex twice. Maybe the third time MC will get hypnotized or tricked he thinks he’s sleeping with Miyako, but it’s actually Touko or threesome oyakodon.
3. Miyako and Touko might just be trying to bring back the husband/father by giving birth to ‘that person’ again. (MC and Touko look similar to that guy)
4. The guy who claimed to be Miyako’s husband earlier (around chapters 25–30) might actually be one of their victims.
