I mean, he was his old friend with whom he worked for many years. That is not something that just vanishes overnight.

And for all his hard talk, I think the genuinely cares. Capitalistic world is not sunshine and rainbows, it is heartless competition where you only make a profit if you are above the competition and have the stable income.

He probably thinks that Reina does not have the guts to stand agaisnt other giants when it matters and that she should have some sort of assistance. Which ironically she has with Ishizumi standing next to her.

Our translator isn't a native English speaker so our typesetters correct his English from time to time. One correction got made, the other didn't. Fairly straight forward
