I've seen stuff like this happen in the workplace. It's more-so related to the loyalty to the old boss, rather than just the issues with a young and/or female boss- though it does complicate things some.

the petty in me wishes panther had started scanlating at the end of the arc so then we could move right into two more chapters since the previous group said they were going to finish the arc and now I have to wait for someone else's labor, oh boohoo how hard it must be to wait

I am grateful to know that it's already been picked up though since I absolutely love this manga and would have been sad to see the previous group stop after this arc and then I have to keep checking checking checking to see if anyone picked it up or not

I feel like Izumi is going to get asked on a date again and won't be able to refuse and it's going to be a whole thing. I reallllllly want Reina to realize they are the same person and that tension of her knowing but not saying anything right away, which would cause her to drink more and then continue that cycle for a bit before things get wrapped up. I agree that this one will likely end with confess, 1-3 wrap up chapters and an epilogue but however we get there I will be happy for the ride.
