Really sorry if the TL quality sucks. This is a pre-proofread version which I upload to get feedback from you guys. The proofreaders on my team are...ugh...asleep right now. Just go to our Discord server and give feedback in the discussion channel.

I very much have no comment on this chapter. The next chapter though... Anyway, see you next of next week!

Oh, I also made these mistakes:
1. Konosuba is published on normal comic book size, not tankobon like I've said in page 1.
2. There is an untranslated bubble on page 12
Sorry about these mistakes. I will fix them tomorrow. It's off time for me now.

What happened to Kazuma's brain?
It is just a simple metal thing, use your magic and break it...

thanks for chapter

OWMWO tax collectors are no joke in any part of the multiverse, there should be an isekai that says "i went to another world and become a tax collector". lol

Page 2: "The tea tastes delicious [...]" -> should be "doesn't it?"
Page 3: typo in "disrespectful"
Page 3: "offguard" -> should be "off guard".
Page 3: "will be easy for both of us" - > "will be easy for the two of us". Your sentence implies each one of them could easily take her down on their own, which is the opposite of the message here.
Page 5: "[...] I would have higher chance to escape" - > missing "a" before "higher"
Page 5: "[...] I'll show you a way for you to escape" - > "for you" is redundant
Page 5: "[...] please cast me the support magic" -> "please cast the support magic on me"
Page 6: "if you can escape, see you at the mansion" -> "if you can escape, I'll see you at the mansion"
Page 6: "I'm surprised at her confidence when she left" -> "I was surprised at the confidence she had when she left"
Page 6: "I saw you quite relaxed during our conversation" -> "I saw you were quite relaxed during our conversation"
Page 6: "Do you think you can win my strength [...]" -> "Do you think you can win against my strength [...]"
Page 8: "[...] I'd be embarassed too!" -> "[...] I'll be embarassed too!"
Page 8: "What is more important is that she doesn't bat an eyelid!" -> the sentence implies that this is his goal, but it seems he's just surprised that she isn't bothered about his plan. Maybe "That's strange, she's not worried at all!"
Page 8: "I'm sure you are going to escape this way" -> "I was sure you'd try to escape this way"
Page 8: "As long as you won't escape today" -> "As long as I can prevent you from running for today"
Page 9: "[...] a bunch of weight [...]" -> "[...] a bunch of weights [...]"
Page 9: "Don't you think I'm a fool" -> "Don't take me for a fool"
Page 9: "[...] nor accepting any bribe" -> "[...] nor will we accept any bribes"
Page 10: "you might have stolen my underwear" -> "you could have stolen my underwear", "might" expresses uncertainty
Page 10: "puts in his pocket" -> "puts it in his pocket"
Page 11: comma before "so that you're lighter"
Page 12: "Lalatina don't have the energy [...]" -> "Lalatina doesn't have the energy [...]"
Page 12 and 13 -> duplicates
Page 15: "I'm taking it as your praise for my talent of escaping problems" -> "I'll take it as praise of my talent for escaping problems"
Page 16: "But I'm not telling which I stole" -> "But I'm not telling what I've stolen"
Page 16: "[...] the tax collectors can't lay a hand on me since then" -> "[...] the tax collectors couldn't lay a hand on me since then"
Page 16: "[...] on their custody" -> "in their custody"
Page 17: "[..] your action if they can't run away" -> "[..] your actions when they can't run away"
Page 17: "To think that..." -> "How suprising that..."
Page 18: "Maybe because Darkness [...]" -> "They let me go after the interrogation, probably only because Darkness was there"
Page 19: "[...] that even Aqua can hide" -> "[...] that even she could use to hide"
Page 19: "[...] until almost the deadline" -> "almost until the deadline"
Page 20: "the original plan is hide underwater until night" -> "the plan was to hide underwater until nightfall"
Page 20: "[...] no problem staying within it" -> "[...] no problem staying submerged"
Page 22: there shouldn't be a comma after "experience".
Page 22: "That might have been a good plan, but maybe something was wrong" -> "That seemed like a good plan, but maybe I was wrong"
Page 22: "She might have trauma [...]" -> "She might be traumatized [...]"
Page 23: "[...] to get those out" -> "[...] to get those off". There should also be a comma before "it"
Page 23: "[...] threw the keys before we met [...]" -> "[...] threw away the keys before meeting me [...]"
Page 23: "[...] I can't seem to find [...]" -> "seem to" is unnecessary with "since". There should also be a comma before "even".

Megumin's last bubble: "So you are saying you will be having dinner, showering, using the toilet and sleeping together, am I right?"

but he is a thief class so its weird he cant pick the lock
He isn't. He's an Adventurer class, the weakest in all regards with a single high point - he can learn any skills if taught by others, provided he has the points. That's where his thief skills come from, Chris taught them to him. Notably, he never learned any lockpicking skills, only disarming traps.
