I don't think so. Zooming in on the image shows that the characters art style and hair style are different.

..Which I reverse image searched, what came up was Shirasagi Chisato from BanG Dream! in her chibi form. Looks like a match to me.

I noticed the names, I tried searching, but when the names didn't turn out to be unique, I thought might as well just ask directly to someone that might know.

You can get around this by screenshotting the image with your tool of choice.

That's what I did though, I used the native screenshot feature Firefox has. I just don't know how did you zoom in that Chisato image and it still looks so good.

According to Reddit and MAL is from Doujin Work (Gemini seems to believe it is Yuru Yuri...). As I have not read either of those pieces, I shall defer to the more knowledgeable to actually confirm the identity.
