Is ¥50,000 supposed to be a lot for modeling work? I ran it through a converter and that's like $320 or so. I guess maybe for amateur teen models, but the rate still seems cheap. Seems like at least $500 feels right. But then I did the math and that would be $40 an hour for an 8 hour day. It just makes it sound like a lot with the way he makes the offer and his reaction to it. The reaction looks more like he offered him $5,000.
