Come on, lets get the gay steamroller moving. No breeder couples! Tacos with tacos and hotdogs with hotdogs. The straight couple is only a couple because she got a haircut and looked like a boy. He's gay too.
I actually find it kinda weird and offputting when everything and everyone in a series is gay. Frankly I think its nice to have a mix of everything.

Wonder why it's okay for a lesbian girl in manga to so often be I hate men grrrrr, but you never see this animosity towards women from gay men.

You probably would in a society where women held the power and control and were far more likely to be abusive and threatening to men.

But, we aren't in that society. We're in this one where it's the other way around.

So I guess it's okay for women to be misandrists then.

Regardless, I'm talking about manga, she could just be a lesbian, there was no need for her to hate men, the main couple of this manga are gay, but there is no need for them to be misogynists.

This is called a false dichotomy. You asked why you don't see the behavior in gay men, and I gave you the answer. You then interpret that to mean misandry is "okay", that if there's an explanation for why misandry happens that therefore means I support it, which is not what I said nor how I feel.

For the same reason, it being a manga, the author can choose to have her feel that way. In fact, we see it makes her a fool: her oshi was a man, after all. The author is doing nothing to suggest misandry is good or sensible, nor expected. Instead I would consider it quite likely that she reconsiders that viewpoint over time.

I'm not talking about real people, I'm talking about manga characters, lesbian characters being man haters is a very common trope while I've never seen a woman hater gay character in a manga.

I'm pretty sure I have, but regardless, the explanation holds for why we see one way depicted with far greater frequency than the other.

If you want, you could write your own story to balance it out more.

I don't want gay men to hate women too, I just don't want to see man hating lesbian characters because they're shit.
