Those kinds of covers are almost always flashes forward in time, especially when the author doesn't have the chapters to show it. Rarely ever random. Similar idea to making a tiny extra chapter. In this series there isn't any doubt they like each other romantically so there's not much to worry about.

This opposite side of that cover shows their friends also in wedding event clothing, crying and clapping, while holding a cake. So I'd assume it's just a quick flash forward more than anything. I'm not sure if the TL will post a back cover though.
