If she can pickup some physicality and a presence sense then she shouldn't at least be able to gather and skedaddle as needed so she can grow her savings. I think the training is going to be very tough for her since she is in a younger body and thus far has consistently been pushing it past its current limits so I forsee some frustrations to further temper her approach to this new life

she is more grounded than typical protagonist, in previous chapter, she did visual flame but ended up as stove flame.
she also never see monster before, so that also pretty nature reaction.

if anything, isekai protagonist just casually kill monster without bat an eye usually the weird one, then again, some of them have excuse of "i played VRMMORPG"

She has already had multiple brushes with death that should have been more than enough.
This is just the author wanting to do it their way, fill out chapters, make sure this guild guy is the ultimate father figure they imagined.
This might also be why MCs self training is failing so completely, to give more father figure points to this guild guy.

Re-read the first chapter and had an "Oh, the MC is just an idiot" moment.

She really wants to become an adventurer but (1) she's in the body of a malnourished little kid and (2) she has no natural combat ability at all. She has incredibly powerful support magic but not a lick of battle magic.

She should be trying to become an alchemist, not whatever the fuck she's doing.

Although, it is a little strange that volume one consists only of 2 chapters. First time seeing that, hopefully it is not the sign that axe is drawing close to this one as it really has rather unique setup.

I like her resolve here, when she finally realized that this is not a fantasy and this kid in which body she live now can die very easily if not protected. I am also amazed that new father figure is so sharp to notice how she acts like much more older person and yet missed this little hint here literally telling him that she is isekai-ed person. Or maybe he noticed but we will see it later on...

I do love this being presented here. Sure, she has life experience of 30 year old women and she has modern knowledge to back her up. But you can really tell that she was raised in modern society as she had no sense of self-preservation until gecko incident. Only now did her survival instinct hit her "man, I am not in the big city anymore. There is no Government to protect me and no hospitals to heal me" and on top of all that she remembered that she is now 9 year old child.

This is actually great as it is exactly realistic reaction of adult isekai-ed person. I love it and I have high hopes for this manga going forward.
