She is one talented mangaka. Even her debut work had a great impact. This one here is even better. It feels like it could be a Miyazaki masterpiece if turned into movie form.

There's also a movie/J-Dorama about this. They did a pretty good job with it. So if you are craving even more 'Love my Life' I'd recommend watching it.

The manga itself is great and feels reaaaallly wholesome, but the dead eyes of the sisters+friend and same face syndrome ruins it a little bit.

Let's hope the author drops the explosion joke or doesn't use it as often as in this chapter. It was hilarious in Konosuba with the castle and the chûnibyô character, but it doesn't fit this android character very well. Still a nice homage to his other work.

@Diathedia Yes, he was that kid in the sack. In the laboratory with the gruesome experiments and this weird head guy, that was his former classmate. @siscon Chapter 17 page 7. He's introduced as one of the abducted children. We actually never saw him as an adult so it gets kinda confusing.

I don't like the serious tone of this universe with the anime adaption, VN adaption and video game adaptions, but I'm truly thankful for any of the dôjin content this universe has been used for. A great blue print with likable characters and without the seriousness of the original material...
