@monkey123 He was supposed to solve the frost girl's subquest in order to get the sword 'required' to defeat the dragon, but he just killed the dragon on his own. So, frost girl remains depressed since he didn't follow the quest order.

Based on the wiki, there is definitely more story, though this is the last chapter on Arthur & Elaine's arc. Next arc will apparently cover a former roman soldier called Lucius Dias.
