Don't get me wrong, I'm not trying to accuse you of anything. However, the first line as it is mixes up who is the one helping and who is refusing it. Originally, he is refusing her potential help; the translation reads as if she is refusing to help him.

FWIW, the line in the raw literally means "It's fine if you don't help/I'm fine without your help, so sit down" (with quotes, so she's repeating after him). Seems like a translation error, yes. She means "no thank you, I don't need pampering". Also, Japanese line is just "Gross".

Her thought process can be described as "whatever price he might ask for these niceties, it's far less bad than what she has now." So she's wary of what he might do, but still accepts it as lesser evil. I think I've seen it compared to "your flag on a conquered land" more than once.
