The "dora" part is from the Japanese romanization of "Dragon" (Doragon) and isn't all uncommon in naming characters so that part is completely coincidental, I think.

In the raws, he's named "HN.チョモランマ" (HN.Chomoranma). Chomoranma is another name for Mt. Everest, and I named him as such in a previous chapter. So I just put "HN. Everest". I'm not sure, but I think HN stands for "Handlename", to indicate it's not his actual name, but the name he goes by online...
