Funny chapter, I loved that the chairman could never think of anything besides shocks for his pranks, even tho his torture methods are so varied. Are we ending on a cliffhanger or does it just go without saying that he's gonna get shocked as soon as he steps in the ring?

Awesome chapter. They really made her dad terrifying. No idea how Sanda will get out of this... I think he'll need to call on some allies, maybe we see the true power of the reindeer power up?

Great chapter. It's so sad that parents who are wholly aligned on their real goals can become so embittered against each other.

Sheesh, intense escalation. I liked that his broken relationship with his son wasn't any single hugely dramatic incident or something really horrible and abusive, but just a long breakdown from rigid expectations. Feels much more realistic and nuanced.

I really hope Mamiya can seal the deal with this hand~ Dora 7 all from calls fits her character so well, it's the perfect finale for this battle.

Hyoudou is such a funny character... in moments like this it's hard to get a read on what things he's being naively sincere about, and what things are just complex traps, I think in part because he also flips back and forth on whims.

Fun chapter, overlapped a little bit with Foreman lol. The shot of Hyoudou on the restaurant-filled street reminded me of a similar shot in the Foreman chapter where he loses his contacts. There were blacksuits lurking that time too lol. Can't wait for Kaiji to somehow take all this guy's money...

So excited to see you pick up this series! It's kinda weird to return to it after reading so much Foreman. The comedy and tone are similar, but the attitudes towards social relationships are so different. I guess it's the difference between coworker relations and friend relations. Like the way...

iirc the Santa form depends a lot on what the descendent visualizes, so Sanda wanted the strength of adulthood, whereas his mom wants eternal youth and beauty. I think it was mentioned in the chapter where his mom showed up for the first time.

Very fun series, thanks for all your work on it. Superpower mahjong with Touhou characters was a great fit for their powers, personalities, and the laid back but sorta degenerate world of Gensokyo. I hope we see more on this idea someday.
