An important character is never dead until the body shows up or the death scene flashback plays out. I'm glad to see things moving close to red again. The hero party dynamics are getting silly with everyone hating on the loser sage but not leaving to retrieve Red because... reasons.
Finally free of a life of power and beautiful women the hero can look forward to being a nobody wage slave in Japan. At least this guy gets to keep his power but I never understood wanting to return that much. I might want to get a message to my family but beyond that, Id keep the hero life.
@Kind_Nesz It got me because it became clear that she has no place to go. If at all possible, a child would have returned to her parents/ home after being left for a while.
This was quite a chapter. I thought the explanation of the throne was a bit forced at first but her motivation makes sense and hits right in the heart.
