@Kuraiaku I think you might be right. I've never read that series but I just looked at a random chapter (56) and saw they used the same 3d boat asset in both series lol.
So his skill works by boosting his power by the number of followers he has. In addition to the original village members he also has the entire ash territory boosting his strength, meaning he's way stronger than in the last fight.

There's no main antagonist and the plot is "very above average strong couple explore fantasy world" but the series is pretty much ONLY world and character building.
The MC is strong, but there's plenty of monsters and characters later in the series that give him and his equally...
@SomeGuy1 Really? Could you explain how genetics between beastmen and merfolk having children with humans work? Is there a god that decides how children of mixed-species parents end up looking?
Or do you suppose the genetics in this HIGH FANTASY setting with literal MAGIC and actual GODS...

On the first page you had Millet refer to herself and her sister as "they" instead of "we" and "them" instead of "us". The next panel had Al saying "...I think I worried them" where it should have been "...I think I worried you"
On page 3, the village chief probably meant to say...
