Series now has an official title. "Oshi to no Yuri wa Arienai!" is the name. I've updated the page and am tenatively going by the translation "Yuri with my Fave is Impossible!" but I'm deliberating on a better translation.

No idea if this is the author's intention, but notice that the title is "Cake, Flowers, and Jewellery" but they only talk about cake and jewellery throughout, with Azami likening herself to cake and jewellery in the final pages. Azami is the Japanese name for the thistle—a flower.

To be fair about the marijuana thing on the last page, she's referring to how Kenzaki spent all day very spaced out trying to pretend to be normal. You can see on the flashback a little bit before, she's just standing around going "Ah... Yeah..." and such.
