The translation is "wrong" per se, but it's hard to convey the meaning given the ambiguity of the Japanese. The second panel reads "You must make (X) acknowledge you" where (X) is omitted based on how Japanese works, and in the usual context (X) would be "me" (as assumed by the translation)...

Ok, that was funny. I was expecting like 7 more chapters out of this (2 chapters x 3 battles + 1 wrap-up chapter) and then it ended in 1. The problem is that it made Yuu kinda unneeded, which might have the opposite effect to what they wanted.

Not just restrictive, but possibly even neglectful. The kid is complaining about his toes, so it sounds like his feet have already outgrown his current shoes--it's not even just a matter of what he wants to do. It's pretty impressive of the author to portray that much depth in such a short scene.

It looks like the official manga went with Farma, since I guess "de Medici" is Italian and pharmacy would be "farmacia" in Italian... Although their world appears to be alternate France and not alternate Italy.
