Marginal Operation was picked up by LOLscans, then dropped a few volumes in. The chapters *could* be fetched off Madokami and uploaded, but uploads seems to restricted to their group https://mangadex.org/group/653/lol-scans NEET translations did some work on the light novel version IIRC...
