I'm kinda hoping that the story takes a meta horror narrative approach, where we get to connect the dots like in ch. 98 or so that whoever finishes listening to the hundred horror stories will be the sacrifice to keep his mom tethered to the girl's body. Basically, it's our call whether to finish this manga or not, but selling the scare to the readers would be the hardest thing to pull off.
