Its kinda funny. Like most isekaid people are from japan. But noone tries to use ninjutsu. I think i never saw any mc use ninjutsu. I think there was one manga where mc mentioned Naruto by saying ( didnt i read a manga about a kid with yellow hair doing ninjutsu)

Ninja are just as mysterious to non-ninja Japanese people as they are to us gaijin. Also, there are relatively few rogue types as protagonists in fantasy in the first place. Even though Bilbo was a burglar. Most protagonists are either warriors (regardless of whether they fight with swords, fists or fireballs) or wizards (who use protagonist privileges to be able to do anything).
About the only isekai rogue that comes to mind is Satou from Death March.
