Beware raged opinion with somewhat spoilers:

Everyone is gay, confessions out of the blue that makes no sense. Cringe stalker easily gets to live some days even nanami not remembering she at all. Not only seems rushed but abandoned at same time. As the author himself didn't care for the story. This is my second read, cuz I remembered being well written but no.... A lot of bullshit that should've be cut out and it wasn't god knows why.

My second read is turning into a drag as it seems this manga was aways a cash grab. Just see the first chapters, the story of being a mangaka, even having given Koyuki a full chapter to herself where like magic she gets skinny without any exercise. This story has a great potential but needs a remake for that. Cutting all the bullshit

And koyuki falling in love with kaede makes no sense- terrible writing.

I.. wanted to like this more. The farther I got in the less I enjoyed it, and that's a bit weird feeling. For every moment I liked, there was something I disliked right beside it.

Honestly, the main characters are less likeable than the side characters. Nanami is cute and strong as a female OL, but then she is very immature in the weirdest ways. For example, the manga tells readers that she has been in multiple relationships--heck, she starts the series with a boyfriend--but then she can't tell when she is being hit on and acts like she doesn't know how to tell if someone likes her? Nonetheless, she is a very kind, caring, and lovely woman. On the other hand, Kaede is... not great. There are many things I dislike about her, though most of it is farther in than I want to discuss. I'm fine with lazy and immature, but... bleh. My favorite character is Koyuki, a headstrong but straightforward and caring character that's super cute too.

The story is a pretty simple slice of life office life and beyond with romance, comedy, and drama. There are some frustrating events as the series goes on, most of which feel like they are just designed for keeping the readers rather than writing a good story. It's enjoyable, but there are events that are cliché and arcs that really didn't make sense in existing for no real good reason. The conclusion for the MCs was more, "glad that's solved and over" rather than happy and exciting. I wasn't satisfied with the side characters' conclusions either, to be honest.

6/10 I can't full heartedly recommend this series. I walked away from it thinking, "I wish I liked the series as much as I thought I would." It has some good and cute moments, but there is a lot of frustration and dislike too. Anything connected to Aoi I disliked, and Kaede wasn't much better. It's a good series to learn about how you feel in regard to a variety of character traits and events.
