One Punch Man live-action movie made in Hollywood?

No.. Hollywood ruins every manga/anime story they get a hold of. I still can't get that horrible DragonBall movie out of my head... >.<

All I hope is that they at least get the OPM concept right:
A hero that is absurdly powerful with no effort at all, who is completely oblivious to anything and who occasionally goes on hero duty, only to get frustrated, because he kills everything in one punch.

But given that it is Hollywood and their stupid dogma of "GET MOST MONEY BY CATERING TO MOST PEOPLE", any script like this will probably flop, because the test audience will be confused and ask: "Why he not happy if he so powerful? I would be happy!" and "How he have no weakness?! So stupid!" and "He kill everything in one hit? How boring! Me want see protagonist action and fight!"

So they will probably shoot a coming of age story about a young lad who strives to become a hero, but his great performance is overshadowed by his genderless Cyborg Buddy, who is the only one who sees his strength, until he finally defeats the evil Deep Sea King with only one punch!

Seriously, Hollywood can't handle overpowered protagonists well at all. That's why all Superman movies are shit; protagonists always need to struggle or have a weakness to make them relatable. Or they make them evil and they turn into antagonists, who the protagonists have to defeat (see Dr Manhattan in Watchmen, Thanos in Avengers).

This chapter seems different than the rest. That joke with saitama co. feel fresh and light (no pun intended).

Alright, so this monster is named AND is referenced as a female.
Its lifespan did increase a LOT considering my experience with other mangas.

Being female helps nothing since there was already several pages of cute monster girls being g destroyed.
A name, though, is a big boost.

Manako... I wonder how she became a monster...
Perhaps she was born with a birth defect that only had one eye grow, and was teased into monsterification due to her name.
And since she is very short, and has no sense of need for pants, perhaps she was in elementary school when it happened.

The weightlifting belt could be due to her intent to get back at her bullies via exercise.

Holdup...
I just realized something...
She isnt wearing any pants...

One thing that really shines is how Saitama don't discriminate toward the monsters, a trait shown only by King so far.

OPM Life Action, if Saitama is not played by The Rock I'm gonna be disappointed.

Well, I wouldn't say that Saitama is absurdly powerful with no effort at all. He actually put in a whole lot of effort, more so than any other person, so that he was able to break through his limiter. It was said before that he never took a day off to rest, so his muscles were extremely tired the entire time, and even while his bones were cracking and breaking, he would still continue to train. Granted, his training regimen is actually quite easy when compared to body builders and athletes in the real world, but saying that Saitama didn't put in any effort is just wrong.

@mahtan
Yeah, I really like how Saitama fights evil, not monsters. So regardless of whether or not you're human, Saitama still treats you the same.
