@0takuDragonSlayer - It's a byproduct of his condition, his muscles are natural so his body is accustomed to dealing with his muscles, his musculature is more natural, he didn't have to train it, so the burden isn't there as much as someone who needed to train.

When you're constantly burdened by something, you become more accustomed to it. For example, when you drive, does it seem like you need to notice where your hands are going anymore after doing so for a certain amount of time? The burden of his muscles had become less as time went on. It's also seen in various sources of fiction when characters wear weights for a time, those weights stop being as cumbersome.

Is there some reason he couldn’t just privately get a better promoter? If he became the champion of multiple weight classes, surely he’d have options
