@Rayster "ust hoping that Japanese mangakas/authors would step up their game and not be complacent" There's still decent and good stuff to find. For example, in case of "modern isekai", "New Gate" was decent, and I liked "Ride On King" due to how crazy it was. Also there's "Handyman Saitou in Another World", "Realist Maou". From non-isekai... "Sousou no Frieren" seems to be VERY good, there are also had things like "Somali to Mori", "Soil", "Slime Life", "Mieruko-chan", "Kitsune Spirit", "Houseki no Kuni", "Dainana Joshikai Houkou", "Wakusei Closet".

The real treat on this list, however, is Sousous no Freiren. So far this seems to be a real gem and quality of the rest varies.

Meanwhile, after going through my list, I found bunch of low-tier Manhwas. For example "Solo Login".

When I read the novel, I thought the cat-calling by the criminal slaves was done by men. I mean, it's a good tactic if you don't want to get bought: make the buyer uncomfortable. After all, the merchant himself said that the slaves are often used in mining and war -- so you want the big tough guys. I hadn't considered that the basement would be filled with a gaggle of criminal cat-eared women for some reason.

I don't get the last chapter. It seemed a bit too fast overall, but he says he can't use appraisal on him but then the two windows are shown?

If he can't see it, why not make it like ???? or show his full display. Why show the "fake" Stats?

Can he see that fake window but when he used appraisal it didn't show him the same fake window but the skill "failed" instead?

Why wont the merchant pay someone to buy her and transfer the ownership to someone he trusts or just make a lie and say she's already bought, and use magic to change her appearance and start a new life and in case of someone asks who bought her, just say you cant disclose the info of the buyer. Like bruh, how did he even became a merchant.

It's nice to see that you can't even handle a single comment when you can't even check a single word from the 2 chapters that you put here. And just so you know I have done translations too before so do think about why you put that chapter and don't call me dick or to stop reading. I have always been grateful of people and groups who have picked up the small series that were good but no-one would pick them up but do understand that readers will always say something that'll make you mad but putting shit in comments and tagging them is a stupid move. Quality is one thing that always matters so do understand that.
