Amira might sometimes seem "tamed" from living in the village, but she shows that she is not really tame.

Baimat is such a middle son sometimes.

Azel is the oldest, the leader, and the speaker. He is aware that what he says will have consequences, and so is careful when care is needed.

Joruk is the youngest. Flashy clothes, a bit irresponsible. He knows whatever he says makes no difference, as long as he doesn't badly insult anyone. And so he speaks freely, and kind of jokes around.

Baimat is the middle. Not the head, but old enough that he still has to be careful with his words. He cannot complicate things for his older brother by speaking too freely, because people might choose to take him seriously. And so he is very quiet.

Waaaaa it's so gallant!!! "Your valor is unmatched" is such a killer line.

Securing wives for his little brother is a smart move- their prospects are thin, and would take a lot of resources. And I like their choices a lot.

Baimat strikes me as a very patient man....

Baimat is such a great man... a silent guardian, a man who is careful with his words and caring with his actions.

Valor indeed... not surprised it took a woman like her to marry a man like him... and only a man like him to be worthy of a woman like her.

Patience is a virtue, but I don't think that is the better word for Baimat... caring.. that is a word that describes him best.

He cares because he wants to nurture, to protect, the give what is best.
