I don't know if it was the actual very first one, but the first one I remember is another work by the same author called something like "the tsuntsuntsuntsuntsuntsundere girl gradually becomes less tsun...." And so on. It's a loooong-ass title. The story is fun though once you get past the tidal wave of gag translations and pick one of the good groups that did the whole thing.

I feel like it was probably that a few groups simultaneously picked it up at the start without knowing anyone else was doing it, then once there were a few translations up it just became a meme to pile on more and goofier versions
