I might be noticing this late, but I have a feeling we'll have 13 sets of trios going after the MC from a variety of settings. Here are what we have so far, along with hints of what's to come, in order of appearance:
1st: his family (mother and two sisters)
2nd: hospital/sperm donor center (workers)
3rd, 4th, and 5th: classmates (From E and A) and teachers
6th: little sister's classmates

I'm thinking we'll also get the older sister's classmates as well as the mother's friends or neighbors, and there might be a chance we'll get the other classmates from D to B and maybe even their teachers, as well which gets us our 7th, 8th, and 9th to 11th sets, respectively (maybe 12th with the teachers if they're included) leaving 1-2 more open to discussion. After re-reading that particular chapter (Chap. 40), I would gauge that she asks Sou for marriage purely to observe his reactions because Sou differs from other men she's encountered prior.

Hmm... this boy named Sou is a little weird. I mean, men who talk to me get so scared they can't have a proper conversation. Even men who look down on women become quiet when you mention the name Konoe. This boy doesn't avert his eyes, he talks to me, a woman, in an equal and natural way.

I don't necessarily think she was really interested in Sou at all - she only visited in Chap 39-40 because her mother told her to:

My mother asked me to come and have an early look, but it looks like he'll be able to fulfill the requirements for enrollment, so I guess all ends well.

Her comments about Sou looking like a "fine man" and her energetic behavior in Chap. 39 could purely be an external mask when trying to enroll male students into her school, since her school is specifically advertised as training female escorts for males, and more enrolled males has the side effect of attracting more female students as well (Chap. 41).
