I don't think so, actually.
We can be sure Ruri is plotting something, but that might not necessarily mean she's going for a class exchange immediately. I thought so, too, but with this chapter saying that the Class Exchange Arc is over (at least for now) it would be kinda weird to have Class Exchange Reloaded next. I think the author has different plans on how to continue.
One thing that speaks against another class exchange right away is that it's too sudden. Akira and Ikumi probably also wouldn't allow another one, given what happened this time. Especially Ikumi would protest because it will disturb her class even more than it already is.
An even bigger difference is Ruri herself. Unlike the A-Team she is the only girl of Team D who saw Sou. And it's not the same as with Kaede and Aya who were very interested in Sou. Ruri wants to get back at him (and Yuri), so for that she would have to convince her other team mates first. One of them might be someone who thwarts that idea - if Hana manages to convince or blackmail her. What's also important here is that Ruri noticed the atmosphere in class E. She is not stupid enough to just walk into that hazardous area without a good plan. Not after what happened with the locker.
I think the next day will be rather short, with the main event probably being the "We'll cum" party the class organizes for Sou and maybe we get to learn about Ruri's team mates. Sou might want to make contact with their guy. It could be that Ruri plans to do something outside school. She seems to have methods to meet boys without their guards knowing. At the very least it was like that with Yamada, because otherwise Miku would know about that. Well, maybe Miku does know, but she didn't care because Yamada was an idiot. Who can say...
TLDR: I think the party arc is next to lay the groundwork for Ruri's defeat which comes after that.
But I might be completely wrong.
