Nope, I know as much as you do. I'm only taking into account that she was injured in a safe area, blood splatter starting there and no other reason for her to flee it. Even if the dungeon is messing with her/them, we haven't seen anything that goes against that rule that it's safe from monsters just not other humans. Could possibly be someone disguising as him but there's neither motive or reason to believe that.
Plus I've said maaaaaaany times before on some of the other mangas you've also read and commented on that I do not read LNs so everything from "But also it sounds like" is completely irrelevant to me.
Oh have we talked before, sorry I am very bad about remembering names in general let alone online. So it wasn't a spoiler but your speculation, then yes that would be irrelevant to you, its hard to gauge when stated so matter of factly if its someone who knows or just came to a conclusion. If this has happened a few time it is probably do to the way you write your guesses fall into the grey area were I am bad at figuring out if its a spoiler or not, as to be honest when reading comments like that I try not to figure it out, as if I'm unsure if it was one or not, I can write if off as maybe wrong. So apologies and will try to remember that you don't read LN's so it wont be a spoiler, but again I am very bad at that so will likely comment without realizing to who. I often don't even look at the name or icon of who I'm replying to until it goes back and forth a few times... so yeah will probably happen again, sorry.
As for your other options, yeah agreed that while physically posable that someone could be disguised as him it would make no sense as its pointless to frame him for somthing at this point, let alone how few know who is there and how secluded it is. Just nothing to be gained from somthing so convoluted.
Him hurting her there would make sense, but also doesn't to me as I feel she would run immediately if she noticed him coming. And if she didn't she wouldn't have been able to get away. Unless is he using her as bait? If so I may actually have to give him some credit, as that means he figured out the teleporting function and that she helped Yoke and that Yoke will come back for her, as otherwise he would just kill her and wait for Yoke to come back, leaving her alive only has a point if he knows Yoke is using her as a beacon to get to her. Was he really smart enough to realize all that? I find that hard to believe. It does feel like the story is going that route, but I still think her wound worsening and reopening forcing her to try to get help makes way more sense. She doesn't know if help is even coming, so may have had to decided to stop waiting, which could have caused her to have to move despite a wound that would cause it to reopen. But yeah it does in fact seem to be him.
