You want to get back at ungrateful people? Then prove to them that their opinions don't matter and doesn't affect you.

Those are fake stats, those websites count pages as views, here it's per chapter click.
Meaning those websites are heavily inflated, 8-16x more than it is in reality in this series considering that's the pages it usually has.
