So long hair blondie wants to ge tcloser to him in any way but MC put a wall between them, the suspension/expulsion was likely only a threat so that to avoid that he would have to do stuff for the student council.
MC does have a father, but is absent, probably for work, and his mother wastes the money he send, that makes me wonder why MC is hated from the "high caste", unless that is fake bullying so to make people think they are enemies and have no connection.
Short hair blondie is with some organization that manages the supernatural, or abuse it, is weird for s/he to be so close to MC by chance, and we know of magic able to twist memories, their friendship could be fake.
I find a bit hard to feel bad for witch classmate, she tried to kill MC and wants to use the lamp to commit murder, when I understand her complicate life situation she isn't a good person.

I checked raws out of curiosity, it shows a lot of potential but it seems to update one chapter every few months. That might kill any momentum it gets. Last chapter was end of January, then the previous one was in November and the previous one to that was in August.

To think the genie would be the least insane part of this story. I do like it when stories commit to building an insane world.

That being said…shooting a wand with a pistol is certainly a matchup I didn’t expect.

So far we have:
• Boy obsessed with the concept of a pure little sister (who has a lot of secrets);
• Wizard Girl who just wants to do an elaborate assassination without getting her hands dirty;
• Student Council Prez that is obsessed with MC (and might secretly be a childhood friend/secret sister);
• Twink agent from a shadow government, supposedly a super-soldier/assassin;
