And using them in cute/pretty clothes is extremely normal in Harajuku fashion hub and this particular style is part of Yume-Kawaii aesthetics and this started back in 90s!! But it wasn't until 2010s that they started becoming trendy!! Though I couldn't find any particular clothing brand that seems to have been the start of this trend.

I am not the biggest loli fan so I wasn't sure if I would be able to find any Loli angel pictures in my gallery, but surprisingly enough, there were some! I had some more fanarts but I wasn't sure if they hit the loli criteria...
