I mean, I get it but does she have to be this fucking easy?
She's been stalking him, you mean, and there's no way she never got anything negative from that (even if just annoyance at him constantly trying to lose her). She's a noble's child and a child prodigy herself, so it's extemely unlikely she hasn't been receiving praise and admiration (and likely flirtations from potential suitors) her entire life. He's demonstrated basic human decency and a humble demeanor in the face of his considerable skills, but really all her budding attraction boils down to is "He's hot, single and not an obvious asshole". Which, yeah, it doesn't really take much more than that, especially when you're barely out of your teens, but it doesn't quite justify her being THIS madly in love. Or maybe it does just because this is a romance manga. She's not, clearly. She has been following him for a while and now even interacting with him. She received great recognition, respect, and admiration from him, which should move her a lot, considering she's proud of her craft, yet young herself. When she offered him an expensive sword, he instead asked her to be his instructor. Just imagine how flattering that must have felt. The magic synchronisation stuff is likely nothing we can compare to in RL, but I guess it must mean they are quite compatible telepathically. Above all, she has seen he's a decent, humble, hard-working guy. Handsome as well, seeing how the women were stealing glances at him, when he was walking the streets. He also has a whole lot of potential as a magician, but isn't arrogant.
There's nothing easy about her, after all this.
