A no for me, this dialect doesn't seem rude or aggressive so I'm assuming it's just hard to actually translate without going all cringy.

Yeah. The premise here is fundamentally untranslatable. For any of this to make sense the reader just has to pretend it's opposite day when they read her dialog to even understand what the problem with it is supposed to be. Nice art at least.
