@dddfff I don't know about the recent state, but back when the block group function was introduced, I blocked quite a few people in that announcement thread. And I didn't receive notifications when they tagged me at all..... And yes, I checked the thread using private browsing mode even after I blocked those people :v. Maybe it's changed now.
