EDIT: I just realized why this annoys me so much. You guys know those stories where one of the MCs (both yuri and non yuri stories) has a prior relatioship that ended because one of the parties just wasn't that much into it, or didn't know what they wanted, or they had zero chemistry and THEN they meet the other MC and things click? This series feels like one of those "filler" relationships, but in slow motion.

Neither of them are perfect people. Shimamura and Adachi both have valid reasons for being the way they are, and that's already been explained in the manga.

Shimamura has difficulty understanding her own feelings as opposed to Adachi, whose feelings are constantly overflowing.

These two are meant for each other and their relationship gets better; you'll realize that they fill in each other's gaps perfectly the more their relationship progresses.

I would suggest reading the light novels if you don't want to wait for the manga.
