Adding filters to the following/dropped/on hold/etc. section :implemented:

It's great that we have the ability to go through manga in sections, such as following, dropped, on hold, etc. But I follow *a lot* of different titles. It would be nice if I could filter them out. Sometimes a friend of mine asks for recommendations by genres. Having filters would make finding recommendations much easier 😅

If you just want to filter your follows by tags, you can do in your MDList, although the mechanism is kind of surface level since it just hides items from the page.

can't view my own MDList if it is set to private. no way to filter my follows

oh dam i did not know this existed. i always assumed when i clicked on my profile it has that MDList thing there and it was always grayed out. I will be using this.
