I still don't get why Briar Rose was the one that got disposed when the prince is the one that rejected her. Shouldn't he be disposed as well for disrupting the story? It's not like she was trying to get out of that engagement. And the dad too. He wasn't supposed to get a replacement princess either so in that sense, he was disrupting the story as well. Super unfair for her.
