Answer to question 1: Yes it does (in fact, I use that to help with my translation from time to time when I'm really confused by slang but obviously, I don't and I can't copy it - case in point, the rap from a few chapters back where I read the official TL for inspiration and made my own spin-off).

As for question 2: No, because I am not directly re-uploading the official Viz TL which is why I don't credit them - but rather, myself, and my team members as I source the raws myself and then get it cleaned, redrawn, translated, and then typesetted. I think the rules are that official TL's (while licensed) and official raws for that matter, cannot be re-uploaded onto this site without express permission from the publisher. As far as I know, that is not what 木林森 is doing, nor will ever do.
