This one has potential. I like the MC enough, and the other characters could be built upon if this were a longer series. Tbh if they didn't insist on there being a guy in the beginning blurb in these post-volume 1 volumes, the daughter should have been paired instead (actually, they should have changed the pattern for the previous chapter too). DILF love interest is kind of just a useful tool atm (which again, I can see potential in if they built on it in a full series) (bonus points if they let him truly have loved his previous wives, instead of going the usual "they meant nothing to me, I only love you" they always have in these romances for teenagers)
Small irksome thing, they really didn't need to have the background characters say "she's like a villainess" this time. Unlike some other "villainesses" these days, we can clearly tell that she gained her reputation due to her being unable to distinguish ghosts from the living, thus is cold and rude to everyone. She doesn't need people on the side trying to justify her reason for being in this anthology
...though there isn't even a villainous agenda they can pretend she would have this time. Am I accidentally making an argument that villainess just means unfriendly woman nowadays? I'll just chalk it up to there being some sort of lost in translation in the term and context
