Anyway, I think Cain's choice of action is quite right. He is not destroying any character's 'right to happiness in life' and at the same time creating a new line of life for Diana, instead of her always ending up with a miserable life.

Switching your capital every 6 years, especially building a new one seems like a really dumb idea. Not to mention waste of resources and manpower. Must be real fun being a bureucraut or a courtier in this kingdom, every 6 years you drop everything and move to a new location, which isn't propably even fully developed and restart there. I suppose it would attract only dedicated servants.
Also this location doesn't seem that good. Middle of nowhere, no rivers or lakes, just mountains around it, no existing infrastructure. You mean to airlift all the materials there? Oh and it is bloody CURSED!
Mayhap this policy would make sense if each new capital was in a strategic location as a way of rushing new towns and cities, but even then that doesn't mean they'd prosper once you remove their main reason for existing, being the seat of power.

There are historical cases of this, for example with Ethiopia, but with each case, they eventually realized it's a damn stupid and expensive idea.

I have returned to edit this comment after reading the page where the translator, a racist dog, edited the Japanese text and changed the name of the kingdom for no reason other than to shit on the Japanese, all while having no knowledge of Japanese or English! There are five credits pages, three in the front and two in the back, dedicated toward advertising their Patreon or whatever it was, while the actual people who worked on the translation, the workers behind Google Translate, are conveniently forgotten by these unemployed monkeys. This is on top of abusing the popularity of Hololive English in their name to gain clicks on their five (FIVE!) patreon ads (neverminding the constant commentary disguised as translation notes). I looked and its actually ko-fi. I like coffee, but these dogs are no closer to human for it.
