@charmturkey
look at her last name and then at her dress.... the author is a joker that knows a bit of german
rosenberg can mean either a mountain of roses or a mountain on which there are roses
her dress is a cringy wordplay on her name
and her given name Sophia has a meaning of the (all)knowing which i guess fits well with her yandere side
all in all the author likes wordplay

Ah I always think its a mistake to make the MC to smart and competent because writers aren't usually skilled enough to portray it. Not like I can ask them to relate to a genius butler but in order to create conflict the MC has to be dense and overlook things. Which is extremely contradictory when at other times he is a master of socio-political landscape and a perfect gentlemen/butler.

1. It was easy to understand why you shouldn't dance with other girls while escorting her, there no benefit to even accept.
2. Doesn't make sense to not warn her father about her obvious feelings towards the MC (This could ruin the reputation of the household).
3. If you tell a very young impressionable girl you'll always be there when it is quite literally impossible, only sets up for failure.
4. Also the clear yandere signs he is just going to ignore huh (actually I may of also ignored those signs so she doesn't kill me either)

Alright I went ahead and read all of the LN (which isn't too far along, 2 volumes), safe to say it fixed most of my grievances well and is a really enjoyable story.
Lady Sophia turns into a super likable character, albeit slightly spoiled. Currently she is likely my favorite being very cute, determined and calculating. Cyril continues to navigate intelligently to my surprise, quickly realizing the FMC's affection (Though there is limited things he can do as a butler). The scenarios never get out of hand while the stakes remain high keeping you entertained and grounded. Overall its a "low stakes" pleasant time about an OP butler doing an unintentional harem route.

Also unrelated but you guys know puberty can start extremely early for women right? Females can start puberty as young as EIGHT it is perfectly acceptable and natural for a 13yr old to have a developing figure.

The WN better portrays the Cyril's and Sophia's cunning and intelligence. The manga is making them be more immature and clueless for the sake of exposition. The WN is better IMHO.

The concept is good, but the drawing style is too much of exposure of commong things (such as the last page in ch 2, the "I give order" and "yes my lady" it's not a new thing) and since the genre is already common with similar or common angle this manga turns out flat for me. I don't know if this is monthly or not, but the drawing's effort and angle is far less than the 'self-log-in villainess Tia x ML Cecil. If someone's words was right, then no wonder if the manga was a failure as usually webnovel was better than the manga adaptation.
