Yeah, usually the MC just feels bad for a page or two and then instantly forgets about his past family once he reincarnated.Neat! You don't see isekai dealing with imposter syndrome with being born into a new family a lot. It's very rare, and when it is brought up it's typically only for a chapter or so.. The tone of this gives me the sense that we might get to explore this mismatch between MC and the world he is in a bit more than your typical isekai, so here's to hoping for more of that![]()
I’ll say to his defense, that was a paltry amount of water compared to what a fire hose can shoot out so it’s understandable he wasnt impressed. The other thing to consider is up until his mom used her ice magic, he probably had only ever seen small scale magic like the laundry stuffDamn lol you have to be Impacted as fuck to see magic and not think “This is exactly what I could have used in my previous life” lol. He literally was looking at a woman using a massive ball of water and was like “pathetic”.
Nah mate i agree with you. Most of the time them being reincarnated doesnt even matter in the end and could easily be rewritten without itkinda wish the whole reincarnation shtick was done differently, like instead of remembering everything, it was more like dreams/nightmares and deja-vu and stuff like that. It's just me but i am getting tired of seeing babies acting like 30yr old men
